Criminal Expungement Document Preparation

Documents are prepared based solely on the information and direction provided by the client.

    We review the information you provide to confirm what details are needed for document preparation.
  3. Document Preparation
    Documents are prepared based solely on the information and direction provided by the client.
  4. Review and Sign
    You review the prepared documents and complete any required signatures or notarization.
  5. Filing or Recording
    Depending on the matter, documents may be filed with the court or filing assistance may be available depending on the court and service selected
